We are looking for an Administrative & Finance Executive (Full-time or Part-time)

The successful candidate will provide assistance in various administration, operation and finance functions to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation.


  • Act as the point of contact between internal/external parties
  • Handle requests and queries both internal and external
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and take care of the logistics required
  • Produce reports, briefs and presentations when necessary
  • Provide efficient documentation and organise a filing system
  • Perform simple accounting tasks such as keeping donation records and receipts and handling petty cash and payments

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Attention to details

Salary will be commensurate with experience and skills. This can be a full or part-time role working mainly from home with flexible hours.
