    • You help raise awareness of mental wellness in your circle of influence
    • Refer seekers to OTR Listens
    • You participate in public talks, forums and seminars on mental wellbeing

    • You take responsibility for your own mental wellbeing through self-care practices
    • Empower others by walking the talk, support others in realising their full potential
    • Contribute to the community through acts of service via events in collaboration with partners

We are actively seeking volunteers who can contribute their skills, time and passion to the following efforts: IT, Marketing & Outreach, Programs & Events, Content & Publication, Sponsorships & Fund-raising, Volunteer Management & Coordination.

As a volunteer, you will get to:

Available Positions

Volunteer Coordinator

Seeking a detailed-orientated, enthusiastic and motivated person to facilitate volunteering opportunities and activities for fellow OTR volunteers! 


  • Manage volunteer recruitment and coordinate training and events
  • Ensure new and existing volunteers are informed about the organisation, volunteer opportunities and upcoming events
  • Assign responsibilities to appropriate volunteers with relevant skills
  • Keep records of volunteer information and assignments
  • Build a relationship with volunteers to keep them motivated

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have volunteer experience in a non-profit organisation
  • Working knowledge of databases and MS Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse range of volunteers
  • Excellent organisation and team-building skills
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Preferably have had received OTR Volunteers’ training in recent years. (Otherwise training will be provided and is mandatory)
  • Able to commit a minimum of 4 to 6 hours per week 
  • Available to support on weekends and/or public holidays
